Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Foreman with experience in solar installation projects to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. The role involves overseeing workers, ensuring proper installation of solar structures and equipment, maintaining safety standards, and assisting the project team in completing projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Preferably with background in solar installation or renewable energy projects
• Experience in construction, electrical works, or solar mounting installation
• Ability to supervise workers and manage daily site activities
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and construction practices
• Willing to be assigned on project sites
