Job Description
Summary
As a Foreman in Utilities & Roads, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction and maintenance of utility systems and road infrastructure. You will be leading a team of workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of workers, including laborers, equipment operators, and technicians, to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute utility and road construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are met and quality of work is maintained.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction, such as equipment malfunctions or unexpected obstacles.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and employee attendance.
