Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging vocational and outdoor learning
• Support strong pupil progress through inclusive teaching
• Lead Forest School (Y3-Y11) and Outdoor Learning provision
• Manage the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme
• Plan, assess and deliver accredited vocational courses
• Organise practical learning, trips and expeditions
• Maintain safe, effective learning environments
• Manage resources, facilities and subject development
• Monitor teaching quality and pupil outcomes
• Support pupil wellbeing as a form tutor
• Collaborate with staff and contribute to school improvement
• Uphold school values, policies and safeguarding responsibilities
