Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment to transport goods within the factory warehouse, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of forklifts before and after use to identify any mechanical issues, keeping all equipment in optimal working condition.
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks, carefully balancing loads to prevent accidents and damage to goods.
• Accurately record inventory movements using the warehouse management system to track stock levels and locations.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to keep the workspace clean, efficient, and productive.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as needed, updating records to reflect accurate stock levels.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding daily tasks and any potential hazards in the work environment.
