Job Description

Our client, a large logistics company, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join their team in Cranbury, NJ. In this role, you will safely operate a sit-down forklift to move products, ensure accurate inventory counts, and support daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a sit-down forklift to move and stage products safely and efficiently.
  • Perform accurate box counting and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs as needed.
  • Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

    • Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of prior forklift experience.
  • Valid forklift license required.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    • Pay & Schedule:

  • Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (rotating Sundays as needed)
