**Form Cleaner**
Location: Castle Rock, WA
**Shift:** 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Yard Associate / Form Prep Technician to support our operations by preparing, maintaining, and handling concrete forms. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are cleaned, repaired, and ready for customer use, while also supporting warehouse and shipping activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Count and verify inbound forms against expected receipts; document and report discrepancies or damages.
+ Inspect forms to determine cleaning or oiling requirements and sort accordingly.
+ Safely use hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels) to remove debris or damaged wood.
+ Operate power tools such as grinders to clean and prepare forms as needed.
+ Apply form oil using provided sprayers.
+ Stack and organize cleaned and prepared forms by category and size.
