Formulations Chemist - Innovations

A specialist consumer formulations business is expanding its innovation capability and is recruiting an R&D Chemist to play a hands‑on role in developing next‑generation products. This position suits a technically strong chemist who enjoys practical laboratory work, structured experimentation, and translating formulations from concept through to commercial production.

You will hold a BSc in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline and bring 2–5 years of formulation experience within consumer products. Strong capability in troubleshooting, optimisation, and scale‑up of complex formulation systems is essential, together with disciplined project management and clear technical reporting.
