Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Formwork System Planning & Installation: Develop detailed work methods based on structural requirements to ensure cast-in-place concrete meets strict dimensional tolerances for finish, levelness, and plumb.
• Drawing Interpretation & Material Management: Accurately calculate formwork and support material requirements, manage material logistics, and control costs by minimizing waste.
• Team Management & Quality Control: Lead a team of formworkers in executing high-precision work, ensuring each step (assembly, propping, alignment) adheres to specifications. Lead comprehensive pre-concrete pour checks, focusing on stability, water-tightness, dimensional accuracy, and support system integrity.
