Job Description
DAMAC Group is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to sit inside the business — working directly with real estate, hospitality, sales, finance, and operations teams to identify AI use cases that actually matter, build them, prove the ROI, and get them into production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Walk into business units, diagnose operational problems, and identify where AI creates measurable value
- Build working prototypes — LLM apps, agentic workflows, RAG systems, AI copilots, document intelligence tools
- Validate impact with real users, then take successful solutions into production with engineering and architecture teams
- Define success metrics before building. Measure adoption, time saved, revenue impact, cost reduction
- Kill weak ideas early. Scale strong ones
- 4+ years building and shipping AI/ML or LLM-based products
