Who You Are
You care deeply about children and the families who open their homes to them. You believe safety, stability, and healing are built through strong, consistent relationships, and you approach this work with both compassion and accountability. You’re attentive to details, steady in complexity, and able to navigate systems and documentation without losing sight of the people they exist to serve.
You have a:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, behavioral science, counseling, education, or a related human services field. A bachelors level degree in one of these fields is REQUIRED.
You communicate clearly and proactively, work well independently in the field, and stay closely connected to a team. You believe Christ-centered, trauma-informed care matters, and you show up in ways that are thoughtful, respectful, and supportive of children and families.
