Founder Sprint Programs & Operations Lead

Aalto University is seeking a Founder Sprint Coordinator for its Founder School in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you will own the recruitment funnel, manage logistics, and ensure participant experience for the Founder Sprint program.

You will build scalable tools, manage program schedules, and represent the school at events. Ideal candidates have a strong builder-operator mindset, proficiency with AI tools, and a passion for fostering startups.
