Most people spend years trying to get a seat at the table. This role is the table. You'll work directly with the founder, embedded in every part of the business: hiring, operations, partnerships, finance, and strategy. Not as an observer. As someone who makes things happen.
What You'll Own
- First point of contact: calls, partners, universities, and anyone reaching out to the company
- Invoicing and financial follow-ups: you keep things clean and nothing slips
- Daily operational reports: read them, find the gaps, flag what matters
- Calendar and scheduling: proactively managed, not just maintained
- Career fairs, university partnerships, and external outreach: you organize, coordinate, and represent
