Job Description
Join a fast‑moving AI startup in Zürich as a Founder’s Associate: a high‑responsibility, hands‑on role working directly with the founders. You’ll be a generalist problem‑solver, helping us scale product, sales, and operations while getting an inside view of company‑building.
Responsibilities
- Drive go‑to‑market projects and help bring our software to customers
- Set up and own scalable internal operations processes
- Research, apply for, and secure grants and other non‑dilutive funding
- Run market research and deep dives to guide product and strategy
- Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new hires
- Jump into whatever challenge moves the company forward
Qualifications
- Have a semi‑technical background or strong intuition for AI and software
- Strong Excel/Slide skills
