About the role
We are looking for a high-ownership Finance + Compliance operator who can work directly with the founders across finance, accounting, compliance, company secretarial, payroll and strategic operations.
This is not a conventional back-office role. We want someone who can independently research, figure things out, coordinate across stakeholders, and build scalable finance and compliance systems inside a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage company accounts, bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payroll coordination, and financial operations
• Coordinate with auditors, payroll partners, legal teams, CS teams, and external consultants
