About the roleThe founder needs a right hand who makes sure things get done. This is not a coffee-and-filing internship. From day one you help run how the company executes.
You will track every active priority across sales and engineering, chase status before the CEO has to ask, flag what is slipping early, and own tasks the founder hands you from start to finish. You operate with authority delegated by the CEO. When you follow up, you speak for the founder.
