What you’ll own

• Reconcile payroll and financial system data on a monthly basis to ensure accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
• Deliver timely standard and ad hoc reports, and perform variance analysis to provide actionable insights to budget owners and finance stakeholders.
• Support month-end close and annual budgeting processes by generating sub ledger reports, reviewing transactions, and validating financial data.
• Strengthen finance operations by documenting processes, improving workflows, supporting high-volume requirements, and driving issue resolution and ad hoc analysis.

What you’ll bring:

• 1+ years of experience in BPO/shared services, with exposure to financial and business analysis in a high-volume environment.
