About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team. This role works closely with revenue-generating business units, providing financial insights, modelling, and strategic support to drive decision-making and growth.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment opportunities

Develop and maintain detailed, driver-based financial models

Build business cases, scenario analyses, and financial forecasts

Provide clear, actionable insights to non-financial stakeholders

Conduct variance and root cause analysis, presenting findings to senior management
