Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and size new growth opportunities, including market expansion, new products, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions
- Conduct market mapping, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Support partnership negotiations and deal structuring
- Build financial models and valuation analyses
- Support due diligence processes and transaction execution
- Develop business cases and financial projections for new initiatives
- Support preparation of investor updates, board materials, and performance reports
- Maintain data-driven reporting on company performance and strategic initiatives
- Help manage and nurture relationships with key investors
