Index Licensing Fee Process
Drive end-to-end streamlining of Index Licensing Fee activities across Institutional business lines. Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and scalability. Lead cross-training initiatives to strengthen team capability, enhance redundancy, and improve understanding of interdependent processes. Own BAU deliverables, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality managerial reporting. Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and digitalization opportunities to improve efficiency and control. Ensure timely completion of Archer control certifications in line with governance requirements. Oversee monthly Swing List updates for Variable Market Data expenses.
