Freight AR Specialist

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Freight AR Specialist to support accounts receivable, billing accuracy, and collections activities for a logistics operation in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position plays an important role in maintaining healthy customer accounts, improving cash flow, and partnering with internal teams to address payment concerns. The ideal candidate brings strong billing and credit knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to manage account issues with professionalism and urgency.
