Following up and retrieving shipping documents after sailing from origin offices Engage origin offices and carriers regarding forwarding of shipments Registration and invoicing of shipments on CW1 Following up on carrier invoices and ANFs Checking vendor invoices and raising queries as required. Opening shipment files and documents assembly Completing key updates and milestones in CW1 Update and maintenance of lane specific rates monthly Qualifications and experience: Grade 12 Previous experience in CW1 (Cargo Wise1) Minimum of 2 years experience in Ocean Import Freight forwarding #J-18808-Ljbffr
