• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment arrangements, ensuring timely and accurate execution of freight operations.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate trucking, warehousing, and last-mile delivery activities to meet customer requirements.
• Verify billing accuracy and support invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update information in the freight management system.
• Liaise closely with customers, operations teams, overseas offices, and service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
