French/German CSR

Location CabCall Experts, 2nd Floor HB Tower, Executive Block, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.

Timings Rotational Shifts (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)

Requirements

• Fluent in German (for German CSR role) OR Fluent in French (for French CSR role)
• Good English communication for internal use
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Job Description

• Handle inbound customer calls in German / French (depending on role)
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Record and track customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
• Maintain service quality and meet performance KPIs

Salary Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
