Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sushi items (e.g. rolls, nigiri, sashimi) according to company standards
- Ensure freshness and proper handling of ingredients (fish, rice, vegetables)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area at all times
- Assist in stock preparation, portioning, and replenishment
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support daily operations and teamwork within the outlet
Requirements:
- No experience required (training provided) / experience in F&B is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
