Job Description

You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless customer interactions, supporting sales performance, and delivering operational excellence across our adventure travel programs. The Employee is expected to fulfil, and assist where needed, in the following responsibilities

We are looking for a positive, reliable, and service-minded person who enjoys helping guests and creating smooth customer experiences.

The right candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable communicating with guests, partners, and the internal team. You should be able to work independently, take responsibility, and stay calm during busy periods.

You do not need to know everything from day one, but you must be willing to learn, grow, and take ownership of the role.

Important personal qualities include empathy, attention to detail, accountability, flexibility, and the ability to build strong relationships. A passion for travel, outdoor experiences, and nature is a strong advantage.
