Front Desk Specialist – Guest Services & Check-In

Kempinski Hotels in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Front Office Agent. The role involves checking in and checking out guests while providing excellent customer service. You will manage cashier transactions and coordinate with housekeeping while ensuring a friendly environment for guests.

Applicants should have at least O levels or a relevant diploma in Hospitality Management and strong communication skills. The ability to multi-task and a professional appearance are mandatory. Experience in hospitality is a plus.
