Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Sales & Customer Service: Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Sales & Customer Service: Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Sales & Customer Service: Handles OTC transactions per company guidelines.
