As a Guest Service Expert, you are the face and the voice of Wingstop to all of our Guests who walk into our restaurants, providing them with authentic, positive, and genuine experiences. In this role, you will spend more time than any other position interacting with our Guests by greeting them, answering the phone, taking and delivering orders - all with a great attitude and smile.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities::

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and calling into the restaurant.

• Place orders for customers in-person and over the phone; upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions.
