Job Description

Reports to: Executive Business Director 

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate front-line employees, including cashiers, hosts/hostesses, and dining room attendants. Set performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and recognize outstanding performance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or complaints. Train and coach team members to deliver the Chick-fil-A standard of service and hospitality.
  • Front Counter Operations: Oversee front counter operations, including order taking, cash handling, and order accuracy. Monitor service times, optimize efficiency, and ensure a smooth flow of operations.
