Front of House Manager

REQUIREMENT:

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Front of House, Guest Relations, or hospitality management role
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (essential)
• Previous experience in a luxury lodge, tented safari camp, or hospitality environment essential
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent guest relations and communication abilities
• Professional, well-presented, and service-driven approach
• Hands-on management style with the ability to take ownership of operations
• Strong organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy and reservations experience advantageous
