Join the new Lucente Restaurant at the Holiday Inn Redding as our Front of House Supervisor. We are hiring for FT or PT.

The Front of House (FOH) Supervisor oversees the dining room, bar, and host stand to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. They manage the floor during service, handle guest complaints, assist with staff scheduling, and train team members.

$20 - $22 hourly

• Team Leadership: Hires, trains, and schedules front-of-house staff, which includes hosts, servers, bartenders, and bussers.
• Guest Experience: Greets guests, ensures tableside service meets standards, and resolves customer issues in real-time.
