The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Greet visitors and manage front desk reception.

+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

+ Schedule appointments and meeting rooms.

+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

+ Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are organized.

+ Provide administrative support to staff and assist with special projects as needed.


Requirements
Qualifications
