About the opportunity

Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Front Office operations. Your tasks will include:  

• Oversee daily Front Office functions and maximise productivity
• Lead and train colleagues in line with Eos brand pillar, ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their roles with confidence and warmth.
• Support initiatives that drive a high level of staff engagement and promote a 'live extraordinary' guest experience
