Our client develops AI-powered scheduling agents that book real appointments for home service businesses through SMS, voice calls, and email.

These AI agents go beyond simple conversations. They perform authenticated actions inside customer systems such as ServiceTitan, Lead Perfection, Salesforce, and AccuLynx. This includes checking technician availability in real time, validating addresses, selecting the appropriate job types, routing leads, and creating appointments directly within customer CRMs.

Customer Onboarding & Deployment

• Lead customer onboarding from initial setup through production launch.
