Frontline Patient Services Specialist – TB Clinic

NHG Health is looking for a Patient Service Associate for the Tuberculosis Unit at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. The successful candidate will demonstrate care and professionalism while providing excellent frontline services to patients, including patient registration, appointment handling, and financial counseling.

Must possess GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent, with at least 2 years' relevant work experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The work location is Communicable Disease Centre.
