• Reporting to the Manager: Human Resource Systems & Reporting, this role will be responsible for reviewing current HR processes for the company to ensure best people practice.
• Review and re-define HR processes to ensure alignment of HR strategies in line with Company and legislative requirements.

Inherent Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• B Degree in the Human Resources field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Generalist HR role
• Experience in reviewing HR processes
• Computer Literacy
• Valid drivers’ license

Advantage:

• Experience in a HR mining environment

Technical Competencies:

• Understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
