Job Description

  1. Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
  2. Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism.
  3. Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
  4. Resolve all potential service failure issues.
  5. Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP & SOC are applied on daily basis
  6. Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
  7. Attend meetings and briefings especially in the absence of Manager.
  8. Submit monthly paperwork to and requisite forms from respective departments.
  9. Participate in stock taking of store, linen and operating equipment as directed by superior.
  10. Recommend improvements to Manager or Management where appropriate.
  11. Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
