Fuel Payables Clerk

**Welcome to Love's!** Our Fuel Payables team is seeking a **Clerk** to reconcile fuel supplier invoices to guarantee timely and accurate payments. Match payable invoices for gas, diesel, and bio-fuel suppliers in RightAngle by thoroughly verifying that Musket was billed correctly, reviewing pricing, products, and taxes in detail.

**Job Functions:**

+ Making necessary corrections to the movement document as required.
+ Ensure accuracy of supplier invoices and internal data before processing invoices.
+ Calculate adjustments in system as needed.
+ Proactively contact suppliers to request credits for incorrect billing, missing invoices, etc.
+ Work frequently with other departments and outside companies to obtain necessary information to payable match fuel invoices accurately.
+ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
+ Requires direct supervision on all range of duties and assignments.
