Job Description
Bachman’s Lakeville is looking for a proactive Fulfillment Team Lead to play a key role in ensuring customer orders move efficiently from sale to shipment.
In this role, you’ll support the administrative functions of order fulfillment and sales by preparing and prioritizing orders, reallocating inventory within NetSuite, and auditing order status to ensure accuracy throughout the pick, pack, and ship process. You’ll act as a critical liaison between our fulfillment and sales teams by communicating order issues, coordinating resolutions, and helping maintain a seamless workflow.
You’ll also support dispatch operations as needed, assisting with driver paperwork, calendar coordination, and documentation for bulk, courier, and semi shipments.
