Job Description

Summary/objective

Fulfillment Technician will be responsible for Onboarding of New Hires and Acquisitions. They will also process portions of employee terminations for equipment reclaim and or return from employees across the entire company. Lifecycle refresh process. Responsible for repurposing and disposal of equipment returned to the IT Department. Accountable for maintaining isolved standard images and updates. Testing of existing images and documentation of needed procedures.


Core Job Duties

  • Following the onboarding checklist, image laptops, and conduct onboarding orientation for all new hires.
  • Responsible for returned equipment asset control for terminations, existing equipment inventory, and assisting in the autopilot imagine process.
  • Responsible for reclamation of old equipment when loaner or refreshed equipment is processed.
