Full Charge Bookkeeper - Part Time

Description We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a growing organization in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This position is ideal for someone who can manage accounting activities independently, maintain accurate records, and keep payables, receivables, and reconciliations on track. The right candidate will bring strong QuickBooks knowledge and a careful, organized approach to bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full bookkeeping cycle, ensuring financial records are complete, current, and accurate.
• Process vendor invoices and payments while maintaining organized accounts payable documentation.
• Prepare and track customer billing, post incoming payments, and monitor outstanding balances within accounts receivable.
