Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month, plus uncapped bonus on every placement
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CT (40 hours/week)

About the Role
You own full cycle recruiting for every active role. This is a sourcing‑led seat: the people you want are not on job boards, and your job is to find them anyway. You map the market, run the outreach, build the pipeline from nothing, and close. This role fits someone who has placed international talent into US companies at a nearshore or offshore staffing firm, moves fast, and treats quality over volume as a non‑negotiable.
