Full‑Cycle Sales role at Kombo AI (Barcelona | Hybrid). B2B Sales: pipeline, closing. Spanish & English required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial cycle end‑to‑end.
  • Prospect & generate pipeline (LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, referrals, events).
  • Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities.
  • Demo the product and build business cases/ROI narratives.
  • Handle objections and drive deals to close.
  • Work closely with founders & product to sharpen positioning, pricing, and playbooks.
  • Help open new markets (national & international) and build a repeatable GTM engine.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in B2B sales as SDR and/or Account Executive.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and/or close deals.
  • Comfortable with targets, follow‑ups, and building momentum.
