Overview
Full‑Cycle Sales role at Kombo AI (Barcelona | Hybrid). B2B Sales: pipeline, closing. Spanish & English required.
Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial cycle end‑to‑end.
- Prospect & generate pipeline (LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, referrals, events).
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities.
- Demo the product and build business cases/ROI narratives.
- Handle objections and drive deals to close.
- Work closely with founders & product to sharpen positioning, pricing, and playbooks.
- Help open new markets (national & international) and build a repeatable GTM engine.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B sales as SDR and/or Account Executive.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and/or close deals.
- Comfortable with targets, follow‑ups, and building momentum.
- Native/Fluent Spanish + Fluent English (MUST).
