Job Description
Spectrum Health Care is searching for a Full Stack AI Developer to enhance our Data and AI Team. This role focuses on transforming healthcare data into intelligent, production-ready AI systems.
In this position, you will play a key role in a full-stack AI environment, collaborating closely with Data Engineering teams. You will develop scalable, HIPAA-compliant data pipelines using advanced technologies such as Python, SQL, and Spark. Moreover, your work will optimize databases to facilitate low-latency access required by clinical and operational AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable data pipelines
• Optimize relational databases for AI applications
• Design retrieval-augmented generation systems for reliable insights
• Develop NLP solutions to leverage unstructured clinical data
• Rapidly prototype AI tools and integrate workflows into systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field
