Full-Stack MERN + AI Chatbot Engineer

Full Time (On-site) 9 am - 6 pm Experience Level: 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MERN/MEAN stack and Python-based services.
• Design and integrate AI-powered chatbots with web platforms and CRMs.
• Work on conversational AI, including natural language processing (NLP) for smart, contextual chatbot interactions.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (e.g., CRMs, cloud tools, communication platforms).
• Collaborate on AI/ML modules for automation, user personalization, and process optimization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications.
• Optimize performance and ensure responsive, secure applications.
