OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an engineer who treats product outcomes as their north star: reliable backends, thoughtful UX details, and code that survives real traffic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement features across React (and occasionally React Native) and Node.js services.
- Own vertical slices of client projects — schema design, APIs, auth, deployments — without waiting for permission.
- Collaborate directly with founders and operators; translate ambiguity into milestones.
- Participate in code review and raise the bar for clarity and maintainability.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years shipping production web applications.
- Comfortable with REST APIs, SQL databases, and Git workflows.
- Communication skills strong enough for async updates and occasional client‑facing syncs.
