Full-time Chef

Grandeur Group Traralgon Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our team.

1. Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
2. Work Location: 40 Princes Hwy, Traralgon VIC 3844

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook food in accordance with the established menu standards and recipes.
2. Ensure all food handling, preparation, and storage comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
3. Oversee food plating and presentation to maintain consistency and high-quality visual standards.
4. Prepare dishes to meet special dietary requirements and customer requests.
5. Develop, test, and refine new recipes, introducing innovative flavours and cooking techniques.
