About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will provide daily care to an assigned group of children at Kohl’s Child Development Center (CDC). You will collaborate with a co-teacher to execute classroom duties such as: active supervision of children inside the classroom and outdoors, meeting basic needs of children, and providing a fun, safe and engaging learning environment based on the children’s developmental needs and interests.
What You’ll Do
+ Accurately track children in your care and provide active supervision while maintaining the children’s health and safety
+ Complete all classroom paperwork and licensing forms to maintain compliance and adhere to center policies
+ Follow appropriate child guidance techniques and redirect children as needed
