Functional Analyst (Remote) Elucian/Edtech/Financial Aid

We're seeking a Functional Analyst to join our Delivery Services team. This individual will play an active, hands‑on role across all aspects of implementation for new clients and provide ongoing support for existing clients. Reporting to the Professional Services Program Director, the Functional Analyst works closely with clients, other Delivery Services team members, account management, and subject matter experts to ensure our solution meets each client's product utilization expectations. Knowledge of financial aid for higher education is highly desired; knowledge of Regent products is preferred.
