Fund Services Administrator / Accountant (Full time, Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all investment transactions are correctly and timely recorded.
- Ensure payments are accurately processed and within expected time periods.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts.
- Reconcile fund positions to external records (e.g., custodian and broker records).
- Correspondence with clients.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly/monthly reporting, monthly and year-end reporting.
- Cross-train in all fund services operations to support other team members.
